Evolution is a powerful force in nature--perhaps the strongest force in the universe. Strategy expresses the concept of a directed intelligence (of sorts). Together, evolved strategies are a mechanism for us to create tools, programs, and even children that are far more capable than ourselves--which can lead us into the next phases of our existence in this universe.
